Follow 6-step guide to change your own combination :

Unlock at 0000 (or your own passcode) and pull out the shackle.
Turn shackle 90° counterclockwise until the tiny code setting pin on the shackle gets into the code setting gap.
Press shackle firmly to make sure the setting pin is completely inside the setting gap and rotate another 90° counterclockwise.
Set dials to your own combination.
Once you have set your combination, turn the shackle clockwise back to original position.
Your own passcode is now set. Please shuffle dials to lock.

Tips:

Write down your new passcode right after the change and put it at a safe and secure place. It is suggested to take a picture of your code with your cellphone.

If you forget your passcode, there is no way to unlock it. You may have to call your locksmith to handle this situation.
